Kristin is a certified yoga teacher from Vancouver B.C. She is also a certified personal trainer and is certified in RYT-200hr and 35hr Vinyasa Intensive. She teaches a range of different styles of yoga from vinyasa to restorative and meditation. She has a passion for helping others in obtaining a heathy lifestyle, and bringing balance on and off the mat.
